1 /5 Dustin LaClair: I was with Sellers for years for home and auto through Erie. Over that time, communication steadily declined until it was virtually nonexistent. My auto premium jumped by double digits two years in a row, with the second year seeing a 36% in one term with no notice, no review, and no alternative quotes offered. I later learned that my account rep had left, yet no one informed me or introduced a replacement. When I reached out directly citing Virginia law that requires notice for increases over 25%, I received no response at all — not even an acknowledgment. That sealed my decision to move my policies to another agency. A broker’s job is to advocate for clients, proactively review renewals, and communicate changes. Sellers failed on all counts. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and having someone actually work on your behalf, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I made an appointment and took my old policies in. She took my info in the waiting area and said she would be back with me in a week or a little more. It was been a month and I have not heard a word. I took my business to Foster where I was valued as a potential customer.

When presented with an upset client and a confusing situation to solve, Ginger took a great deal of time to understand the issues, dig into the details, provide insight from years of experience as an agent and offer any possible help she could to resolve things. She turned a negative situation into a very positive one and I was very impressed with the outcome. Thank you, Ginger, for a very customer-centric approach!
