Katie E Absolutely appalling! Upon arrival I was asked if I was in the right place and had an appointment! She was so very rude and dismissive. Karen was out, as she forgot about my appointment!! They were going to call her but ended up doing paperwork instead, and left me waiting. You dont often meet people that treat you so badly and make you feel upset and disappointed. I was obviously seeing a lawyer for help, not to be so put down. Definitely do not use this firm. So rude and unprofessional, imagine if they were representing you. What a mess. Avoid these nasty women, dont waste your time, like they wasted mine. Disgusting behaviour.
