1 /5 Katie E: Absolutely appalling! Upon arrival I was asked if I was in the right place and had an appointment! She was so very rude and dismissive. Karen was out, as she forgot about my appointment!! They were going to call her but ended up doing paperwork instead, and left me waiting. You dont often meet people that treat you so badly and make you feel upset and disappointed. I was obviously seeing a lawyer for help, not to be so put down. Definitely do not use this firm. So rude and unprofessional, imagine if they were representing you. What a mess. Avoid these nasty women, dont waste your time, like they wasted mine. Disgusting behaviour.

1 /5 Daena Bougoure-Latchford: Before engaging this law firm, do your due diligence and read the reviews. Poor service seems to be a consistent theme with this business. The owner of this business is arrogant. Her communication is poorly written and convoluted. Having been disappointed with the quality and content of her work, I provided feedback. For my feedback (which was aimed to be constructive) she then terminated my contract. This was a simple separation matter where both parties are amiable however Im $5K down and no further forward. Avoid!

The managed to sort through everything that had gone wrong and completely turn the case around. I cannot thank them enough. They went above and beyond. And I am now recommending them to others.

1 /5 Sharon Wright: ignored, unresponsive, arrogant and unapologetic. Ceased services after receiving poor service, quality and no acknowledgement of correspondence and no calls back. An extremely disappointing outcome from a local business. The only effective operation was their accounts department who deducted fees (which may have been their right, but ethically questionable given their unacceptable level of service). Tried for 0 stars but not an option. Im a single mother who works hard and it just infuriates me that a business can behave like that and steal my hard earned money for jam...
