This wastes clients time and energy when you are already busy. This is clearly not what you would expect of a so-called top law firm. Having purchased and sold quite a few properties in the past 20 years and previously used the services of a number of different law firms for property conveyancing, this is one of the worst experiences I have had. Would never use their property conveyancing services again and felt we wasted a lot of money engaging them.
