John Locke The name suits it because the view is fair and the atmosphere is relaxing. There are large areas of grass, trees, chairs, tables, public toilets, BBQ facilities and an oval. Nice for dog walking, picnic, jogging, sunbathing and sports. Bring your kids and dogs. Dogs can be off leash. There was a duck in Yarra River on a cold winter day in my video here.

Tesspresso Melbourne Wonderful art space! Really enjoyed the Healing Gardens exhibition. Beautifully captures the connection between body and soul, mind and nature.

Christopher Lai Nice little quiet playground with BBQ area There is very little parking so best to park on the street. Good BBQ area with seating. Self cleaning toilets up on the street The playground has a really good water play area. Kept the kids entertained for a very long time. Its also partly fenced off so its rather safe.

Karin Watts Lots of open space for people and dogs plus a great collection of native plants. A couple of local cafes close by too. The playground off Rose Street is great. Plus there’s a skatepark bowl adjacent to the park.

Lisa Giusti Gestri A lovely, small but in excellent conditions and fully fenced playground! Kids felt safe because no dogs were allowed into the playground area. A gorgeous area close to river.
