3 /5 Lamemamabear Sonja: Very little English. Husband bought through Groupon, and called to ask if we can organized 3 facials at the same time. On the phone, instead of asking for clarifications, she just replied “yes, yes..” to all. But on the day, we rocked up, there’s only 1 facial at a time… that was super frustrating, as we were wanting to do something together with my sisters, if we knew we could have gone somewhere else. I did the facial, and my sisters went for walks … The facial techniques and style was different from what I’ve experienced, i personally liked it and thought it was good.
