I’m writing to express my disappointment after my recent visit to your Doncaster location. While I understand that arriving late to an appointment can be inconvenient, I was less than 30 minutes late — hardly enough to warrant the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from your staff member, Anna.
What’s particularly frustrating is the double standard. On multiple occasions (more than three times, to be exact), I have waited patiently when your team has run late for my appointments — without so much as a complaint from me. Yet, the one time the situation was reversed, Annas reaction was not only unprofessional but completely lacking in basic courtesy and understanding.
A business that expects flexibility from its clients should be prepared to offer the same in return. I also noticed the entire 10 to 15 minutes that I was sitting on the chair she was just in front of the computer acting like she’s very busy typing something. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the need for better staff training in customer service and professionalism. No one should have to tolerate being spoken to rudely, especially not when theyve been a loyal and understanding client.
