Nicky Purser Dr Wilde has been our family dentist for years and is both a fantastic clinician and person. He has gone out of his way to accommodate our family for every visit, including last minute emergency appointments. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Maryam Hosseini I was attended into her practice in Bulleen medical centre today at 8:30am that I have booked my appointment the night before and hoping to see the GP.
The receptionist got back to me after 10 minutes that she couldn’t find my name in the system that aaahan mixed up with another patient!!!! Same names!!!
I sat waiting for my appointment then she came and told me dr cannot visit me because I haven’t been here since 2017!!! Which was shocking for me I said so what? Is that my fault that I am a fit and healthy person???
She said you are not her constant patient!
Which was actually very rude and I think illegal!!!
Why they booked me in the day before???
Is that okay to return a patient who os suffering from pain and did not go to work to make that appointment!?
This is absolutely ridiculous !
Phoenix Lau Dr Sideras and hes team are amazing. I have been a patient with them for 3 yrs +, and has never had any mishaps or issues. They provide the highest quality care.
