Van is extremely professional (but very friendly and warm at the same time) - she takes time to understand what look you’re after, that you’re comfortable through the process and are happy with the outcome. Natural lashes are never damaged and they last so well. I’ve tried heaps of other places in the past and there’s a reason why I only trust Van with my lashes now.. whenever I get compliments, I always send them to Van!
