1 /5 Rachel Rose: I had an implant placed by this company. They ended up having "delays" for the crown to be made and the dentist who placed my implant resigned the next day. I decided to get a second opinion by 2 dental specialist. My implant was placed incorrectly, on an angle rather than in the centre and said this will cause me issues in the future. I was also coming interstate for an appointment and on the day of the appointment after arriving they told me the doctor/dentsit was sick. I asked for a referral because of the issues I was having with this company - it took them 10 days to write me a 2 sentence email with me calling everyday requesting it. Initially they refused to even write the referral because the original dentist I saw had resigned. Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed with this service. Lets just say, you get what you pay for.
