3 /5 Claudia Katrine: Quite disappointed with my first experience here yesterday as the reviews all raved about it. I went in to trial a style for my wedding and asked for a reverse French tip with gold, even went out of my way to say if it was too difficult to let me know. The chrome obviously leaked out and one whole hand looks awful with the chrome bleeding out. I was of course charged $20 extra for a style that wasn’t done well and pretended like it didn’t happen. The lady also forgot to do my cuticles despite asking for a manicure when I walked in and by the time I asked it was too late to do them so essentially was charged $85 for acrylic with no cuticles done and a French tip that didn’t work. Obviously won’t be going here for my bridal nails, very disappointed.

5 /5 Caz Dempster: I came here to get my nails fixed after a disappointing experience at another salon, and Valentino Nails came to the rescue! They were able to fit me in as a walk-in, and the service was fantastic - super friendly and professional, well priced too. As a Kiwi visiting on holiday, I can confidently say that if I ever move to Melbourne, this will be my go-to nail salon! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much again! Im very happy with my nails.

The staff always makes me feel happy and well taken care of. I appreciate everything you do. This is the picture of the nail I did today with my sis. Look so pretty!!!!

5 /5 Olivia Smith: Valentino is the absolute best in the business. I have never had such a perfect manicure as I have the last few times I have been here, all of which have lasted 4-5 weeks (builder gel). Tiffany is so good at her craft and makes sure they are perfect every time. Jenny also does the best pedicures and all of the girls are always so lovely to chat to. I have recommended Valentino to everyone I know and happily recommend them to everyone I don’t as well :) stop looking for a new nail salon and go here, you won’t regret it!
