1 /5 Nadia S: Very poor customer service. Booked an appointment and had a 45 minutes wait. When asked when I would be seems I was told the staff are working very hard, they are tired and hungry and havent had any breaks. The staff .member was rude and spoke over me loudlyI. will be sure to let work safe know they abuse their staff members and customers.Very poor customer service. Edited to add: I never asked for any gift vouchers or compensation. You must have me mistaken for another customer that had to wait for 45 minutes.... According to your other reviews this is the norm.
If you dont have the capacity for a booking, you should just say that and not over book. I would much rather have stayed at home, instead of being made to wait and getting abused.
As to responding to a "threat of contacting work safe"- I dont expect any response. You have clearly said you are abusing your staff members and mistreating them by not providing them any breaks. It is against work safe laws. It doesnt matter how busy you are, we have laws to protect workers. It is disgusting and criminal a business would value money over the health and safety of their employees.
