1 /5 Sarah B: Horrible experience!!! Went for my hair appointment as I booked on the website, because I’m autistic and cannot make phone calls. I had been stressed all night and morning trying to make sure I was in on time and my hair was straightened to make it easier for them. The website had a button saying “Book for an appointment” so I clicked it and filled out my details the service I wanted and the preferred time and date figuring that they would just send an email if that or time wasn’t available and give closer times or dates instead. I did all this a month ago in advance. I went in for my appointment and sat with my mum. It was super busy but we weren’t even acknowledged until my mum had seen one of her friends who worked in the cafe and told her what had happened, the friend walked up and followed it up with the owner… who then said that they don’t have a website. So I showed the exact website and which they then said “yeah that’s our website.” But then told my mum and I that “we don’t have anywhere for you to book an appointment.” So I should her their own website and the button that says “Book an appointment” and which she said “oh yeah… that doesn’t actually book you for an appointment that just enquiry form.” And asked when I had booked it which I couldn’t remember and couldn’t give her an answer or speak at that time because of how stressed I was. She then went on to say “I get like 2000 emails a day I’m not going to be able to see them all and get back to all of them because that’s just an enquirer button.” then said she “yeah we might need to changed that.”So why have a “book an appointment” on a website if it doesn’t book an appointment? She did offer for an appointment at 5 which I took because I didn’t know what to say, my head was spinning and I was beyond stressed at this point. Before we even got in the car I broke down having an autistic meltdown because I was far too stressed and overwhelmed and everything had changed and my brain couldn’t take it and just cried all the way home. My mum went back and cancelled the 5 appointment because I couldn’t get myself to go back I was mess. She then explained why. And after she explained and said why that’s when they changed their “book an appointment” feature on their website to “enquire now”. Will never be returning there again.

5 /5 Shivi Sinha: I did not know it exsisted. It was my first visit, Shar did my hair cut and I must say she was really nice. She kept checking with me if I was okay with the hair length and style. I was impressed with the customer service. Would definitely recommend it.
