2 /5 Hannah Phan: I showed the stylist photos of the design I wanted for my daughter and asked about the price beforehand. I was told there were two options: $85 and $90. We chose the $90 option. However, when they finished, they charged me $95, claiming it was because it looks different — something I had already mentioned when we first entered the shop. At no point during the appointment did they inform me of any changes to the price. This is unprofessional and completely lacks transparency. I will never return

5 /5 Natasha: Have been going to Tranquil nails for years now and they never disappoint! The staff are so lovely and ever so friendly. They also know what’s best for my nails and the results are always flawless. Ivy and Ana usually do my nails, love them! Would highly recommend :)
