5 /5 Kate Glenister: Now that I’ve found Soul Hair, I’ll never go anywhere else! Erica and her staff were so kind, consultative and welcoming – even when I misread the appointment start time and arrived 45 minutes late! They were not pushy in upselling and their pricing model is incredibly competitive, given their haircut includes the cost of the consultation, wash, head massage and blow dry as well. In the consultation, I showed inspo photos and asked questions which were met with genuine answers about my hair health, budget and face shape. I opted for a cut, highlights, toner and hair treatment (which was so much more than the average, extra pump of product a lot of other places offer). I’ve felt priced out of the hair salon market for a while now and Soul Hair have restored my faith! Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. Thanks again Erica and team – I love my hair!

Erica listened to my requirements and did an amazing job Came back for a toner and treatment today as recommended and the color is still looking very fresh, cant wait to go back for my next balayage. The service from all the staff is so wonderful and attentive, thoroughly recommend!
