1 /5 Ketaki Takale: I went in for an eyebrow shaping, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. The technician made one eyebrow thinner than the other, and when I pointed it out, she insisted it was uneven by nature. She made a few adjustments, but there was still no significant improvement. Frustrated, I stopped explaining and just asked her to finish. To my surprise, she said it was done without properly removing the stray hairs. When I kindly asked her to tidy up the excess, she responded rudely with a curt “Sure.” Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism. I won’t be returning.

3 /5 Nuria: I have been going to this establishment ever since I moved to the area. I believe they are good at what they do, I always loved the way they do my eyebrows. However, each time I go I find it more difficult because in my opinion the staff is often really cold and distant. I also do my waxing here and when I am getting any beauty treatment done I would like to feel like Im in a warm, welcoming environment. I get that everyone can have a bad day and you cant always be in the best mood. But some of the girls look very much bothered when I walk in. This has been constant ever since I started going to this place. And its sad. I would like to enjoy a bit more my beauty salon moment.

5 /5 Chanee: The absolute best place to go for all things beauty. This is my go to destination whenever I need my eyebrows done. Lovely, who works here, really does live up to her name. She is super nice and gentle, taking her time to get everything just right. If you are in the area and even if you’re not, this is really the best place to go. Prices are very reasonable, and they offer a lot of different services including eyebrow and eyelash tinting. Thank you, Lovely. I’ll be back! :) 5 stars!!

1 /5 Robert Collier: I have had my brows waxed and tinted here on several occasions. The staff are generally ok, never over friendly, but they get the job done. Today was very disappointing. It was quiet when I arrived and it seemed I had disturbed the staff member from texting. I asked for an eyebrow wax and tint. It was obvious she was going through the motions. Her phone rang and whilst the tint was setting she quickly grabbed her phone and was having a private conversation. She then put her ear buds in, came back to remove the tint and chatted to her friend through the whole process. When I went to pay, the eftpos machine was unplugged and the battery dead. She asked for cash, I said I’d pop to the back which is in the same complex. She preferred that I wait. It made me feel like I was going to do a runner. In the end I went to the bank. It took 4 minutes and all the while she was on the personal call. Seriously. Improve the customer service. I’ll be going elsewhere now.
