1 /5 Suzy D: The middle eastern lady who has a 21 year old son was pathetic at my brows. Her thread kept breaking and she said the management has got them a cheap thread that’s why. She seemed so amateur at doing brows, she ruined my brows right before a wedding I have to attend. She has such negative vibes that my baby girl started crying looking at her something she never ever does. She needs to be fired from here.

1 /5 shanara duyn: The lady today was very nice but was extremely rough with my eyebrows commented saying one is shorter then the other so she couldn’t do much about making them even I’ll post a photo of my eyebrows! She made my left eyebrow bleed and then said she would tidy them up but didn’t I had wax in my eyelash and heaps still on my face she put aloe vera to try dim the redness down but her bottle was out so she put the tiniest bit on my right one. AND to top it off my right wasn’t wakes properly. Would not recommend!

1 /5 Kim Nguyen: By far the worst threading experience I have had. I am so disappointed in service they provided and the way they threaded my eyebrows. I have had my eyebrows threaded before at other salons and it was not as painful as this one. It turns out she threaded my skin as well. It goes to show that she was inexperienced and had no idea what she was doing, I highly do not recommend this place. I have scars under my eyebrows from the skin she threaded off. I have added a photo taken 2 days after the service.

1 /5 Stephanie: Ive only been here a few times for eyebrow threading but the last two have been the worst. The second last time a chunk of the arch of my eyebrow was taken off which is yet to grow back, a very clear mistake. The last time I went a whole chunk of skin was threaded and cut off which left me with a huge gash under my eyes and took a week to heal. It was also very painful. Being the most sensitive part of your face you would expect them to take greater care as it is very dangerous so close to the eyes. Wasnt even told sorry.
