1 /5 Jo: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience here. The "technician" was obviously inexperienced with brows and had no idea what she was doing. I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my brows thick and just clean them up, but she ended up over-threading and making them much thinner than I asked for. To make things worse, they were uneven by the end, and I had to fix them at home. The service also felt impersonal, like she just wanted to get back to her phone. She really wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Very bad service and over priced. DO NOT GO HERE

1 /5 Nina G-J: Pretty disappointed. Called multiple times to try to book with no answer and no call back. Decided to go in anyway. The beautician was going on lunch as I arrived and told me to come back in half an hour (2 oclock) and she could fit in the 45-50 minute appointment, which I was okay with but I did explain I had to leave by 3 for another appointment. She didnt arrive back till 2.25 and was pretty dismissive that there wasnt enough time now for a tint and lift. This is a treat for me, not a regular activity. I could have gone somewhere else in that time. Ive had threading done here before and its been fine, but feel pretty dismissed after trying to go in for a more expensive treatment.

1 /5 Siobhan Davidson: Employee burnt/ripped my skin off. Called to speak to a manager and was told I wasn’t able to and that I had to submit a contact form online. Did that yesterday and still haven’t received a reply or call so here I am posting a pic of what this place did to my eyes. Had to go to the doctors right after to make sure it doesn’t get infected or any worse. Haven’t been able to go to work all week because I can’t open my right eye properly so can’t drive. Would not recommend this place to anyone for obvious reasons. The employee even suggested that maybe I put something on my eyes before I came in like it was my fault? Have been getting my brows done for years and never had anything like this happen to me EVER. Clearly the Manager/person in charge doesn’t care about customer service since they’re not available to speak to you on the phone or have the decency to reply to their contact forms like I was instructed to do. Would think safety and duty of care means to them since it’s on their website that we can trust them to make us feel “confident and beautiful”.
