5 /5 izabella balaj: Zaynab took very good care of me, you can tell she has passion for beauty and knows what she is doing. Most of all she was very careful and gentle with me. I am very sensitive to threading and waxing but she made me feel as comfortable as possible and pain was very tolerant because she looked after me. Thank you!

1 /5 Belle Gracie: I attended today for brow threading. I have attached pictures below as I feel like it speaks volumes. The lady who did my brows also lied to me after she was done stating I have a “Rash” as if I hadn’t looked myself in the mirror before I left my home. I did not have a rash she blatantly lied to my face to cover up her inability to safely perfume a brow threading. I called as well asking for an apology and either store credit in future or refund as the condition I left in was not acceptable. I have been getting my brows threaded for many years and have never left so cut up and bleeding before. Extremely disappointed in lack of accountability and professionalism shown in this establishment. Will also be escalating with my bank if I don’t hear back to settle this amicably as I did not pay for cut up skin and scarring on my face.

1 /5 Adele: Not happy. Over threaded my brows and they were so uneven (one brow so much thinner) and eyebrow pencil couldnt even fix the mess made.

1 /5 Claire O: Went there and asked for a tint and tidy up. No change to shape i was very clear. She removed the tail of my brows. Ive had my eyebrows microbladed they are now clearly different lengths. Ridiculous you dont change shape without consultation!!! She didnt give me the mirror afterwards and hurried me to pay, now i know why. Also the skin under my left brow is really irritated which i havent had in 10 years of threading. Id give zero stars.

1 /5 Remi Prince: Never done a review before but super upset with what they did to my brows. I asked for a clean up and to keep them straight, and she gave them a super strong arch that I don’t have naturally! On top of that they are uneven :( will not be going back, they made me look like a cartoon villain
