Sab Ayyappan I want to say the best Thai massage in point cook, but to be honest might be one of the best Thai massages in Vic! The staff here are super professional and very knowledgeable. Trust me when I tell you they know what they are doing. I have very stiff muscles with a million knots in them. The staff identified the problem areas and worked on those knots helping me walk out like a new man. During the stretching session, my limbs were moved and twisted in ways I never knew a human body could (in exaggerating, obviously). All in all, it’s safe to say I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Cleanliness: I have to mention this as a major selling point, because the shop (it’s a garage at home converted into a shop) is very clean and I know what I’m talking about because I’m familiar with commercial cleaning. Not a speck of dust anywhere, clean towels, clean floors, don’t smell of oil

Melanie Eden I had the most awful experience getting my nails done here and will never go back. The technician was incredibly rude the whole time. I went in to get my SNS taken off as one of my nails had split horizontally involving the nail underneath. I stated I wanted to check the health of my nails prior to deciding on anything further being done. She then cut all my nails short (despite me stating I wanted to keep them long) and glued the crack in my nails. She then insisted I have more SNS put on. Throughout she grabbed and snatched at my hands, she huffed and was obviously making comments about me to her neighbouring technicians. The end result was rushed with specs of the SNS powder which had been grinded embedded in the new SNS. I was polite and said my pleases and thank yous throughout. At the end she grabbed my money and walked away without so much as a smile. Just an awful experience. I will be going elsewhere in the future. The other ladies did seem nice but I wouldnt risk going back in case I ended up with this horrible service again.
