We drive an hour to come and see her as the service and knowledge of the skin and her beautiful product choices are outstanding. They are all so friendly and nothing is ever a worry or too hard. Sophie is helping us through the tough teenage acne phase of a teenage boys life and she is so kind and understanding and happy to explain it all to both of us.

Kate Shum Laney was absolutely lovely. I have very short, weak nails and she gave me some lovely acrylic extensions and chose the perfect shade of pink. She checked on the length and shape 3 or 4 times to make sure I was happy, and the finished look was polished and perfect.
