From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a calming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I was especially impressed with the quality of the products they use and the attention to detail during my treatment. 5 /5 Punam Dahiya: Sonia did my hair colour yesterday and I am really happy with the results. She chose amazing products and the perfect colour for my hair and skin tone. The best part was, all the products were plant based and that made a huge difference to the quality of my hair. She is very professional and courteous. Overall, very happy with the service and the quality of work.

1 /5 Steffi: I did my nanoplasty keratin hair permanent straightening in this salon. I had a very bad experience. My hair got dry, damaged and still wavy underneath. FYI this result was seen straight away, just in a few days. I did everything they told me even used the hair masked I bought from them but still, my hair was super dry and brittle! The smell of may hair after couple of wash smelt burned. I was stressing everyday and all they told me is if I use Garnier products and that hair mask I bought from them ($50), hair will restore. But no, no! Nothing happened. I politely asked if I can get even HALF OF REFUND because I paid 380 for my hair to get done. My hair is not that bad and only the growth needs to be touched on. Anyway, they only offered treatment which is not fair for me as I DO NOT TRUST THEM anymore! I did not accept the option they told me and won’t bother about refund. I was so upset and heartbroken. I waited a year to make sure my hair is in condition to redo it. All this time, effort and money wasted made me so stressed out! Fast forward, I went to another hairdresser and she told me my hair got damaged and yes! Not done properly as too much curves underneath. She restored my hair as best as she could and I feel better now. Even if I had to pay another cost, I was alright because at least the new hairdresser knows what she was doing.

1 /5 Zubee Naveed: A month ago I got the hair treatment specifically nanoplastic, after 2 weeks my hairs gone back to what I had before (frizzy hair) and tried to engage the owner/stylist “Sonia and her sister”, first they acknowledged and asked to visit again but because I live far from their salon and also work during weekdays and she knows my request to accomodate me during weekends, which she always does when she needs business. Despite asking her to book and fix the blunder she made, first she showed attitude and then stopped attending my calls. The point of giving her the review is what her behaviour was and she knows that I drove one hour to get her services where she didn’t do well and then ignored me because I wanted to get that fixed. In my experience, she is not recommended, I rather to go to any nearby salon than coming to her.
