1 /5 Cara Nye: I Had a gift voucher that i could unfortunately not use that had my name on it but wanted an appointment for my daughter so it didnt go to waste. It was for a good amount of money and my daughter was so excited for her appointment and we were refused a service because my name is on the voucher not hers, what difference does it make? you have recieved payment! ridiculous! we have sent so many people to this salon NEVER AGAIN
