1 /5 Matt: Avoid this unethical clinic at all costs. They do not pay staff what they are owed. Both this clinic and their other one in Brighton is owned by a dental assistant named Swathi Natch. They owe unpaid wages into the 6 figures to multiple dentists as well as dental assistants and receptionists. This is going back over 5 years at least. Their infection control is subpar and I doubt would hold up to any accreditation process

1 /5 Gabriel Filippa: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They caused irreversible damage. Im out of pocked over $4500 (Got fillings done here, it left me in severe pain. I returned to check up & they said it was fine. Ive sat with the pain for so long. My new Dentist told me they smeared the filling, and he needs to remove & replace all of the work these people did or risk a root canal. Shame because my partners family have gone here for years, but the new dentists are careless.)

5 /5 Lucy K: I had serious jaw pain and already met other dentist 3 times before I met Dr.Eugene. I felt hopefuless because Im an oversea student, had no private health care to be covered. I cant highly recommend Dr.Eugene enough, he is a genuine person and gave me very reasonable advice so I can hold it until I visit my country and get the rest of the procedure done. The other dentist I met before looked just lost and didnt mention anything which Dr.Eugene found out immediately! Id definitely recommend him to my friends and am willing to go again if I have issues.

5 /5 Meesh Hall: When I first came into the clinic, I was nervous and self conscious. After having a few failed root canals in the past, I was terrified at the cost and the entire process which laid ahead. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly team. They made sure I was comfortable and went into detail about where my front tooth was at and what was required. Not only that, the entire team was so friendly and so helpful! I always felt so welcome whenever I visited the clinics and everyone knew me by name. I genuinely recommend the team at Melbourne smiles, not just for their incredible customer service but for the incredible transformation of my smile. It has literally changed my life and I can’t get enough of laughing and smiling. Thank you to everyone! To Terrance, Eugene, Raj, Jaclyn, Alejandra and of course to the wonder woman Swathi. All of whom basically performed miracles to get my teeth sorted in time for me to be with my family. From the bottom of my heart thank you!
