The color came out perfectly—exactly what I wanted, with a beautiful finish that looks vibrant and natural. The haircut was just as impressive, styled flawlessly to suit my face and preferences. The entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert coloring and haircutting. Awesome work!

1 /5 L: my sister asked for a full head of foils to walk out orange. They said they did a toner which coasted $90 and she has left like this. They would not refund or fix her hair. She had half her hair in foils for 20-30 mins and left her while they tented to another client. They blame it on the black box dye she initially had but they didn’t bother to do a test strand prier to doing her whole head. Before getting this she had a 1/3 head of foils done before this at another salon and it was blonde and turned out very good so why did this go all orange.when I took her back they did not cooperate and was not willing to refund or fix her hair. Very disappointing. If I could give it a 0 star I would.

1 /5 Kinley Yangchen: I requested a butterfly haircut with the expectation that my hair would be layered evenly throughout, while maintaining the same overall length. Unfortunately, the stylist only cut the front portion of my hair and didn’t touch the back at all. I was charged $49, which I would have had no issue paying if the service had met my expectations. However, the result left me disappointed and regretful for choosing this salon.

Shijo understood my vision perfectly and checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was on point. The results were fantastic! Highly recommend!

1 /5 Macey Monday: Horrible/terrible experience. I wouldnt want to put this out there but my eyes is still sting from the Lash lift I had here. Originally, I have my own lash tech but were unable to accommodate me today. Since Im flying to Sydney tomorrow, I found someone who can do it and just close distance. Little did I know if have the worse experience in lash lift in my life. The process, the way my lashes were pulled, the way they wash my lashes unbelievably didnt expect this. My eyes were burning from the process and after I was done, my eye lid were swollen. The explanation they have was because it is hot and that the chemicals are reacting then my skin is sensitive. Ive had multiple lash lift before and I can tell you, this is such wrong process, wrong chemicals.. its so bad.. not going to recommend this. Worse case beside paying for the pain my lashes is not as lifted as what my lash tech would do. I also had to stay home from my eyes stinging and had to cancel all my evening plans.. unbelievable!
