1 /5 Eliza Galea: The ladies in here are very unwelcoming and rude. My experience in Serenity nails was awful I definitely won’t be coming back. In response to your reply.. That is not how it happened. As per previous customer reviews. Very rude laughing and speaking to one another then staring with a blank face once I asked for advise on a color no effort whatsoever ever to actually understand what I was asking Yes another lady did come over but by then I was very dissatisfied with your customer service as I had been there for over two hours and and my nails are very clumpy and look terrible. I specifically said I wanted them thin See attached photos

5 /5 taryn carter: Absolutely stunning work from these lovely ladies, they fit me in on what seemed to be a very busy day, and I got exactly what I wanted. Very pleasant and kind environment to be in, thorough and do a fantastic job. Thank you to the lovely lady who spent literal ours hand painting these snowflakes on, I can’t stop staring at them! Will highly recommend and use again :)
