1 /5 lottie ednie: got my nails done today as a regular customer of serenity moonee ponds and walked out in tears. my nails are painful to touch, chunky, thick and uneven. i raised concerns on how the tip fit on my nail as it was not fitting to the edges and the lady doing my nails ignored me until she finally forcefully removed only one to redo it. i showed her where i wanted the tips cut and she cut them half a centimetre shorter. my pinky finger does not even have acrylic covering the tip on my pinky finger. the overall application was painful and awkward. there were multiple walk ins and they were told bluntly to leave and come back later then ignored. i had wanted to add chrome but i was so uncomfortable by this point that i felt i couldn’t. i am so upset as i paid so much and have been a loyal customer for years. i have never had such an awful experience at serenity and will sadly not be returning.

1 /5 lili truccolo: I came with my mum to get sns done on our nails and 1 pedicure. Not only did it cost over $200 the lady who did my nails had no idea what she was doing and when asking for a square shape she shaped them as per the photo where they went out at the end. I asked her to reshape them and she didn’t speak or look at me once during the appointment and they looked exactly the same after reshaping. The top coat is poor quality with instead of it being smooth and shiny it’s rough and bubbly. Not impressed with this service considering the price paid.

5 /5 Hannah Price: my nails turned out amazing and all the workers where so nice, the lady who did my nails did an amazing job and was so sweet, also $80 which I think is great considering the design!!

2 /5 Georgie Km: Whilst the service was fast, and from afar my nails look great, the actual quality of the finish is poor I got black French tips and the finish of the black on the nails is very inconsistent and uneven One of my nails was lifting from the tip and I returned 2 days after originally having them done - instead of removing the nail and reapplying it properly, they just ground down my natural nail so it was flush. If you want quick service but poor quality - this is the place to go
