The birds know what’s up - the moment you show up with a paper bag they would all fly to you like you are their queen. They even follow you around the lake while you walk around. A mini sand beach playing area at the far side, some kids play near the shallow water in summer. Great neighbourhood with a few decent real estates. Dinner at Shanika’s then walk around here would be an ideal evening. Might be the only legit leisure spot around the whole area.

James Blyth Beautiful place to go for a walk, not far at all from the centre of Pakenham. Many classic Australian birds found here. Actually quite wheelchair accessible, however, you will likely need someone to help push as the track is gravel.

Xizhu Hou easy walk, great for beginners with half flat and half mild ascending, but you have to drive 2 km on dirt before you get there
