1 /5 Sarah: This was the worst experiences of my life. I booked in for a lash lift which I’ve never had before because I checked their reviews and results photos. When the lady was applying the perming solution to my lashes it started to sting. I told her and she said that’s totally normal, it’s probably just a new sensation for you. When I said it started to burn, she said she could remove it but I only had to wait a few more minutes, implying I should just wait. So I did. When she removed it my eyes were stinging so badly. And when she showed me my lashes my left eyelashes were touching my eyelid and the right eyelashes were going in completely different directions and were crushed downwards into my eye. She said I just needed to brush them out and they’d be fine. THEY WERE NOT!!!! My eyes were burning the rest of the night and I had CHEMICAL BURNS ON EYE LIDS THAT ACTUALLY SCABBED!!! I got home and was so upset I called them back and asked for a refund, they told me the owner of the store would see me and they would try and fix it. When I arrived the next day, the owner was not there as promised and it was some random girl who had no idea about my situation. She tried to reverse the lash lift but my lashes are still completely ruined and falling out. She said I could come back in a week when my eyes had stopped SWELLING to try and reverse it further. I obviously said no!!!! I got my refund and left in tears. I’m so angry about the lack of respect and effort that went into fixing the situation (which is almost none). I’m now stuck with ruined lashes for months . DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
