1 /5 kim le: I can honestly say this is hands down the worst experience Ive had with any nail/beauty salons in the past. If I could give them 0 stars, itd be a much more accurate review. The only good thing I could say about this store is how quick they were to grab up a sale. It could also be because there was absolutely no other customers there. I walked in with hopes to walk out feeling glammed and pampered but instead I walked out of fury. The lady insisted SNS even though I said no I dont want sns. She eventually persuaded me to which I agreed to. She then persuaded me to go with the colour she recommended for my nail design. The photo speaks itself. It is truly a moment of expectation vs reality. Definitely not coming back. Ever. Do not recommended this place to anyone unless you are just popping in for a hair wash.

1 /5 May Zin Tun: This shop is ridiculous, they are scamming people in broad daylight. The owner will tell you a price before performing any services, and then she will change (raise) the prices afterwards. I overheard her talking to 2 customers who got their brows threaded. Apparently, she told the girls it would be $10 (this is also the price written on their menu) and afterwards, she charged them $15. When the girls questioned her, all she said was “You guys can afford this.” in a blunt tone. This is extremely unprofessional and puts customers in an uncomfortable situation. The same thing happened to me after I got my lash extensions done. At the beginning, she said it would cost $70 but then charged $90 and left me no other choice but to pay. Moreover, the entire lash extension process was so uncomfortable, with glue getting in my eyes lids, on my brows and forehead. It had been 1 week, and my lashes are falling off a lot. Not worth it at all.
