1 /5 Sara Saadati: The most horrible customer service I have ever received from a company. Now don’t get me wrong, the therapists are great but management is absolutely shocking and atrocious. I am a regular client at FG results laser and I have paid for over 15 full body laser sessions. I have a very busy schedule as an RN and work crazy hours so I always ensure to book ahead of time to make sure my sessions don’t expire. I have one session left which is due to expire on the 23rd of March. I made an appointment on the 2nd of March for the 13th of March for when I finish work that day. On the morning of my appointment, my appointment was cancelled with only 10 days before my expiry date. I called to make an appointment but no available appointment given my work roster and such little time. I was told I can book with a different store all of which are close to an hour away from me. I called the store and explained the situation with no regard and was told to email customer service asking for an extension. I emailed and in the reply email they advised to allow for 3-4 for a replay and that I will be “contacted via phone or text to discuss the request.” On the 5th day and still no reply and getting closer to my expiry date, I called FG store again to follow up the matter and they said that on my account they can see that my request of extension has been denied, which I had not been informed about and only found as I called back again. This is just utterly wrong and a scam to have clients pay a huge amount of money (close to $400 for a full body session) and to cancel their appointment and not accommodate them with an extension to make another appointment that suits them. It just shows a lack of interest in your clients and selfishness and it’s a money stealing scam. Clearly a breach of section 36.4 of customers fair act. I will not be letting this go.

1 /5 Lisa King: DO NOT BUY PACKAGES, DO NOT BOOK ONLINE, AS IT IS NOT CLEAR AND YOU WLL LOSE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT A CARE NO MATTER THE SITUATION YOUR DEALING WITH. I spent over $500 on a three packet of micro needling. I was told that with the package i purchased there was restrictions on how often you could get it done and that it could not be done if you had any sun damage. I examined to the lady Leisa that i was going to bali and it might space out my appointments and she did not tell me that it may result in me losing my remaining package valid at over $185. I then needed to reschedule my last appointment online for personal reasons out of my control and i can prove these via police statement but i was not told that i would be forfeiting my money and would have to pay again, i then received a call and they confirmed my appointment without telling me i had forfeiting my money. The staff basically told me there was nothing they could do and gave me a hotline number which I called, waited in line for a lady who assured me no one called me then when i proved this she said she would call me straight back and did not. The staff have no access to anyone who could help and no one has any authority. I will be going to consumer affairs as there terms and conditions are unreasonable and their website is not clear.
