She listens and understands what you want. My goal has always been to look fresh and natural, not overly done, and Nicky gets it right every time. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and well run.

1 /5 Stephanie: They advertised special prices on their socials and website for a particular treatment, and I double checked, triple checked to make sure everything was right as it was a good deal. When I went to get my treatment she charged way more. I mentioned the offer on the website and she acted like she had no idea, and then tried to make something up. It was so obvious that you were acting silly and this was so unprofessional. Very wishy washy, especially after I was an ongoing customer and always planning to go back. But after that, I lost trust and I’ll never go back again. Will be more careful and giving someone else the business after that unprofessional and very unpleasant experience. Goodbye Nikki.

5 /5 Marti T: Ive been coming here for almost 4 years on a recommendation from a friend and I can hand on heart say the team are the most caring, kind and genuine girls ever. Every time I have an appointment I always leave with so much more confidence - not just with the work done, but the way Ive been treated by every staff member. Usually I see Marissa, but I was lucky enough today to see Nicky for a facial and my regular bobo. What a lady - and what a hoot of a time!! Ill keep shouting from the hills to everyone about this place x
