5 /5 Annabel Watts: this salon is honestly the best, I went in here and immediately felt welcomed. I showed my nail tech the inspiration picture fully expecting that she wouldn’t be able to do it because of the complex design but it turned out amazing! The nail techs had everyone done super fast and they were laughing and smiling, complimenting me which made the atmosphere ever better. I’m so so so happy and would recommend this if you need a go-to nail salon that is quick and experienced!

2 /5 Sarah Verina: I honestly wanted to like this place due to their high reviews. However, similar to many of the other low reviews, my nails were rushed and poorly done. I had SNS removal and SNS nails for my hands and gel feet (note i did not ask for pedicure). They rushed my hands, it was stained all over and the nail tech applied 4 layers on to my nails and made it bulky. My hands were so dirty and poorly shaped by the end. Also, she gave me a pedicure when i didnt even ask for it. I was a bit shocked when I had to pay for it at the end. I wish they had listened to their customers more. I gave 2 stars instead of one because they said I could come back and fix the shape of my nails at no extra cost, which I did come back to do. But, for $110 dollars, i expected more to begin with. I would not recommend their SNS services. And don’t expect a pampering session but a rushed job instead.

3 /5 Patrícia Sena: Just had a full set of extensions done! I actually loved the nails however I was charged extra $5 for a “long weekend” surcharge and upon booking my appointment and asking the price there’s never any mention of extra charges. I really don’t like the feeling of being deceived so unfortunately won’t come back. The nail artists were really nice and I do understand the surcharge, but I would have been nice to be informed beforehand.
