1 /5 Steve Edwards: I’ve always heard great things about Primary Dental, but my recent experience at this location in Highett was disappointing. The receptionist, Mahawish (I think that’s her name), was incredibly rude. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when we walked in, and when our appointment was delayed, she didn’t bother to update us or apologize. It’s concerning to see this level of service from a reputable dental chain.
A few months ago, I visited with my sister, and she was actually yelling at one of the staff members, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Sadly, last week, during another visit with my sister, we experienced the same unprofessional attitude toward patients. This is not the level of service we expect, especially from a well-established chain like Primary Dental. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it’s definitely affecting the clinic’s reputation.
