1 /5 Tom Shirley: My first experience 4 years ago went great; fixed up a tooth chip straight away and the service was great. The latest experience; tooth filling fell off, called up and was told I couldnt get the issue seen to until I had a checkup first for $250 that was a seperate charge. Then was told Dr Greg wasnt available till June (5 months away) Called a brunswick dental clinic immediately after and got a booking in 3 days, and no checkup charge. Really unhappy with the service provided

5 /5 Rachel Paraman: I am so stoked with my new whitened teeth. I first met Shika earlier this year when she was my hygienist for a routine check up. She is the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had. My teeth looked and felt amazing and I felt so much more relaxed to be returning to the dentist again. This afternoon I had my teeth whitened with their ‘zoom’ whitening treatment. I am so stoked with the result!! Everyone was so lovely and excited for me leading up to the appointment and also when I walked in today. They even rang me to ask me if I would like to bring in my own music to make my visit more comfortable. Shika is brilliant at what she does. My teeth had varying tones of staining and she has evened the colour up beautifully, while brightening them all up and keeping me comfortable at the same time. So worth it and so happy with my new smile. Thanks Pascoe Vale Dental Group :)

5 /5 Alani Short: All the staff at Pascoe Vale Dental Group are fantastic- really helpful, switched on and great at what they do. Greg is a brilliant dentist, I highly recommend him to anyone, especially people who might be a bit nervous about visiting the dentist- hell put you at ease!

1 /5 Kirsten Graham: Did not listen to me when I complained of pain in my lower molar on right side. I asked repeatedly and the dentist told me I just had sensitive teeth. Went to another dentist six months later who ended up doing a filling as there was decay under my original filling and extracting the other tooth. Dentist continues to hound me to rebook despite me advising multiple times that I have moved away from the area.

1 /5 Bridget Thomson: Absolutely horrible customer service after they failed to create the booking I asked for. Was frustrated when I took time off work and planned my day around this dentist appointment in which never happened. Then when trying to rebook, the practice manager Susie Raso came out and started raising her voice and throwing insults and accusations. I heard the dentist was wonderful, but I will never go back due to the absolutely deporable service by their staff and practice manager Susie Raso.
