1 /5 Mads.: Do NOT go here. Absolutely horrwndous service. My husband took me here toget my nails done, mistaking it for a place with good reviews online. It is a dirty, messy place - I figured perhaps it was a little hole in the wall place with awesome service. It was not. They had none of the 5 colours I asked for. They cut my toe with an instrument. My nails look absolutely terrible, streaky, chipped and uneven. The spa pedicure isnt worth it. The lady rubbed some moisturiser on my leg and that was the massage. Then the owners entire family came in and loudly ate, talked, took photos. It was so loud and uncomfortable. They are also obviously either not registered or trying to avoid paying tax as they dont give receipts and the dont take card, they require you to transfer the money to a personal account.

1 /5 Georgia Morrell: Outrageous pricing - $40 to remove polish and paint toes. I pay $45 at the amazing Le Bon nails in Oakleigh for a full pedicure and shellac polish. Don’t go here, the actual job wasn’t very good either. Had different ladies do each foot, so they are completely uneven.

I went in a second time, I wanted to get my nails infilled, I had SNS, the older lady said we can’t do that, I said I was here 2 weeks ago, they didn’t believe me. On the window it had refills $30, I ended up paying $50, there were other customers, a lady came in wanting her haircut, on the window it had $15, then the older lady said it was $20 due to being a Saturday, then she charges her $35. I think they just charge whatever they want. I don’t be returning

1 /5 Navjot K: I had waxing here today .very poor service .The lady did waxing told that she had 20 years experience but according to her work I can say she was doing it first time.I recommend people please don’t go there.They ask only cash not eftpos.I don’t want to give even one star to their service.

1 /5 azada: Hi, me and my friend got our nose pierced and lashes done here they didnt not apply my lashes on properly and they all fell out the second i left the place. the environment was very unsanitary and the workers are not professional as they are listed. They also make us feel very uncomfortable as they would laugh and speak in their own language making us assume they are talking bad about us and who knows what they were saying during my experience in their store. My friend ended up getting her nose pierced super close to the tip of her nose we came back to ask for a refund and they refused and forced us to buy a gun and they even bargained it to make us buy it. They offered the gun for $10 which we had no choice but to buy because her nose had gotten infected. The workers began to yell and scream at us for not wanting to pay for a gun and they had us book another appointment for us to come back again and experience this again. Although my journey to travel to come all the way to their salmon from Clyde North 3977 is a two hour drive by car. In conclusion my experience in this store was horrendous.
