1 /5 Rolfe 123: Unfortunately my experience here was not great. I asked for a subtle creamy balayage and emphasised how I didn’t want it to go all the way up to my root. It took the hairdresser roughly an hour to highlight my hair, meaning I was left with an array of colours (different processing times). I was left to sit with a toner in my hair for sooo long. While I was waiting the staff were arguing (my hairdresser with the owner), making me feel uncomfortable. I had to fix it myself because I actually couldn’t leave the house with it. I contacted them and they did ask me to come back in. However my first experience was so uncomfortable I did not want to put myself through that again. I feel that they don’t have up to date training on modern hair styles/colouring techniques

1 /5 Tash S: If you want curtain bangs please don’t go here… The staff are SO lovely so it kills me to be negative but I asked for curtain bang style face framers and I ended up with a blunt cut wedge at the front of my hair … tied my hair up immediately as I left after paying even as I look crazy I’m wearing my hair up for the next two months before this grows out… I’m mortified. The long part of my haircut was fine wash was great etc but I can’t get over how bad it looks, cried all day
