Melissa George I just walked out from here having the worst experience of my life ever having my nails done. Ive been getting my nails done for several years and I thought I would come and use this nail place as Im a local. I felt my nails were being rushed and when it got to her painting them she was doing such a poor job overlapping on my cuticles, the sides of my nails were still showing because she wasnt polishing them properly, and it was like her brush was dirty and picking up dust so there was heaps of bubbles in my nails. I brought it to her attention and she just kept telling me to wait which I did.
After the top coat I showed her again where it was all bubbled where she hadnt reached the edges and overlap in my cuticle, It was like my daughters had painted them.
She went to drill them and file them back again which didnt fix them and I said that I wasnt happy with them and that she can discount me or get someone to redo them because I was not walking out like this and continuing this.
The other lady came over to ask my concerns and I showed her and I said that Im not happy I have gift with this job at all and I communicate it with her but she doesnt want to listen she just keeps getting angry at me. The lady which I think was the owner who did my nails grabbed my hand and started squeezing them pulling them towards her colleague to show her, yelling at me at the same time, she was actually hurting me and I had to tell her to let go. I told her to stop grabbing my hands and she let go only to do it again aggressively. I got up and said that I am done and to discount me so I could leave because I was about to walk out. I was then abused by the owner in front of all her staff saying that I was just too fussy and said I was never welcome there again. To me replying that Im not fussy you just didnt do a good job and instead of working with me to correct it you abused me and couldnt take the constructive criticism.
Im a business owner myself and Ive never experienced such poor service or attitude from a business ever.
They will never get my service again and anyone I know in the area I will tell them to never go there not only did she physically get aggressive with me pulling my hands, but she also abused me in front of all her customers.
Absolutely disgusting service
I was more than open for her colleague to redo them until she got physical with me.
Never ever again!
