1 /5 Fiona Ma: I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I requested a V-cut, but the haircut felt rushed, resulting in a choppy and uneven finish with some strands left noticeably longer than others. The stylist cut my hair much shorter than I had asked for, and I ultimately had to visit another salon to have it corrected. The quality aligns with the price you end up spending more to fix their mistakes elsewhere. It’s hard to believe these are professional hairdressers, given their evident lack of skill.

1 /5 Văn Hiệp Đoàn: I showed the barber the style I wanted to cut, but the style I wanted to cut left my bangs, but after he looked at the picture, he cut my bangs too. Id rather have long hair and go back to Vietnam to get it cut.

4 /5 Maneesh Manocha: Quite experienced hair dressers. Suitable for kids, men and women. Reasonable price. $11 for kids cut and $12 for mens cut.

1 /5 Ansu Lata: Me and my kid had a hair cut. And just nail paint on toes, no spa Medi or pedi or fake nails. I was charged $77. Very disappointed it says kids hair cut $15, ladies $20. So charged $42 just for gel nail polish. Just less than a month for same was charged $55. Not going back again. These guys are getting greedy.

A lady came in and asked for a list of their hair waxing services and rather than apologise for lacking a basic - but essential - business item, they instead grouped together to talk down on this woman, in a condescending tone as if she had done something wrong and deserved lecturing. I dont have relation to this lady Ive never met, but even I was offended by their conduct. Furthermore, my daughter got bangs cut and there was an obvious curve on one side above her eyebrow. We pointed it out and her bangs got shorter, still not straight and uneven, and the flaw becoming more obvious to see. So I just gave up and paid for it before it could get any worse. While it could still be fixed. Their hairdressing skills were average at best. But they should really consider getting more training to update their learning and refresh their competency. They may had completed their hair dressing courses, but that was obviously a long time ago and has become outdated and it is apparent that ego and pride is what is preventing them from seeking learning to improve themselves. It would also be a good opportunity to learn customer service and professionalism that the staff are missing.
