Would have to have been the worst experience I have ever had in a medical practice.
I called and spoke to a receptionist who advised me that the doctor was able to perform a treatment. When I arrived I waited over an hour past my appointment time.
The orthodonsist spoke to me in such a horrible condescending way that I regret not getting up and leaving at that moment.
Mind you, he did not apologise for being over an hour late.
He then tells me that the treatment I asked for can’t be performed on adults. I explained that I asked this question to the receptionist, to which he shrugged his shoulders meaning that he could not care less.
As I left the room, the orthodontist approached the receptionist to tell her what to charge me and put it down as an emergency, when it was not.
A shady character and a careless practice with a fake caring attitude.
