5 /5 Karen Le Gassick: The staff here are just fabulous. They made us feel welcome. I didnt mind they were running a bit late. They explained someone was sick and had to juggle some things around. They made my 11 yo daughter feel welcome and comfortable. Great vibes there too. Everyone is made to feel welcome. Highly recommend and will go back

5 /5 polly sara: Had a nail biting treatment with Ainaz and Chelsea and they both were so professional and made me feel very at ease. As a nail biter, I’m often quite shy to show off my nails but the team were exceptionally attentive and kind, making sure I was informed every step of the way. As someone who has wanted to grow their nails my whole life (and have tried every trick in the book) it’s relieving to know this service exists and I don’t have to do it alone. It’s such a hard habit to break and I’m stoked to have found a service that can support me through the process. Worth every penny.

2 /5 Nina Belaya: Didn’t want to write the review (given that I have already received a refund for the service and honestly grateful that salon didn’t argue with me and agreed with their fault) but decided that it’s important to warn others what service they may receive here. Manicure with minimal design costs 110$, for that money master was using their bare nails without gloves to push my cuticles and wipe the gel on sides, being lazy and instead of applying material and putting fingers in lamp continuously, did all nails at once so the gel slipped on sides(and after me pointing on that, saying “uh it’s okay “, and merely being unprofessional and clumsy. The reference and the result are attached below. Im sorry, but it just looks ugly. Never felt that embarrassed of my nails before.
