1 /5 Lucia Mazzella: Worst wax I’ve ever had done. I booked with Zara so perhaps she just needs more training. But I wanted a Brazilian with a triangle left in the center. It was super wonky. She had to attempt to pull the wax multiples times as it wasn’t coming off the first try. The only time I’ve ever had to actually get a wax lady to stop half way because it was so painful. I had to ask her to make sure to remove more hair as there was still long hairs left after she finished. Then once we were all done I had to pull wax pieces off myself. I feel bad to leave a bad review but make sure you book with one of the more experienced team members!
