All staff members are very welcoming and greet you with a friendly smile on each and every visit. My laser therapist, Alyssa, is a very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable worker who demonstrates expertise in her field of work. Her coverage with the laser beam is exceptionally thorough, ensuring she zaps from every angle so that no areas are missed. Alyssa not only performs treatments to a very high standard, but is also committed to ensuring that client results are maintained. She does this by recommending and thoroughly explaining aftercare strategies, in order to enhance long-term outcomes. Alyssa is not just a ‘zapper’, but is someone who really knows her stuff! She describes her work in detail and readily answers any questions clients may have. Alyssa is also a very accomodating, amicable and lovely person who always greets you with a smile and initiates and engages in conversation, to help you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking laser hair reduction/removal treatments with outstanding results!
