1 /5 Abbey: I visited recently for a pedicure and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The technician was extremely rough during the service, to the point where she caused bleeding on one of my toes. The nail polish applied looked noticeably different from the color I had originally selected, and when I politely asked to change it, the technician seemed visibly frustrated and passed me off to another staff member to complete the service. The overall shaping of the nails was also quite average and not up to the standard I expected.
Additionally, throughout my visit, several staff members were conversing in another language in a way that made me feel excluded and uncomfortable as a customer. I understand and respect the use of different languages, but in a professional setting, itās important to ensure all clients feel welcome and included.
Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and disheartened, which is unfortunate given the time, money, and trust I had placed in this appointment.
