5 /5 Lauren Thomas: I came in to enjoy a Golden Caviar facial at Marlo Spa during my weekend getaway at Hotel Sorrento with my sister and it was amazing! Not only was my Canadian Therapist well-versed in an anti-ageing facial muscle massage technique, she was also very nurturing in her approach and made me feel at ease. I loved the interiors and overall ambience at Marlo, it is considered, conscious and modern, with all of the luxurious touches youd expect from a luxurious day spa experience. Aromatherapy, herbal teas, softly spoken therapists and beautiful products, are all part of the experience. If youre going in for a facial, I highly recommend you ask for the Canadian therapist because she is amazing!

5 /5 James Watts: Came here to celebrate our engagement. The team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We enjoyed an hour in the rooftop spa, followed by a couples massage (which was one of the best I’ve experienced) then enjoyed complimentary use of the steam room (Marlo stayed back after closing time to allow us time in there). Service was incredible, definitely something you need when visiting a Spa. Would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves or loved ones. Will be visiting again - Thank you Marlo and team!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The ambiance of the spa was serene and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. My massage therapist was highly skilled and attentive to my needs, providing a tailored treatment that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The techniques used during the massage were effective in relieving tension and promoting overall wellness. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience. I cant wait to return for another session of blissful relaxation.

3 /5 Mitchell Oke: My wife book an hour massage for each of us, and frankly we left more stressed than when we arrived. No where to park around the hotel, and when we finally did get a space, we spent over 10 minutes looking for the place as we were told we didn’t have to go through the hotel: IT’S IN THE HOTEL. The signage was impossible to see, mixed in with room directions and “resident parking” signs, thus we arrived 15 minutes late to our appointment. Massage was ok but didn’t focus on the areas I asked for, exceedingly disappointing considering the high pricing. Such a shame.
