1 /5 Yasmine Aoumeur: Booked an appointment to do my toe nails, horrible job. You can judged by yourself with the pictures underneath. One of the employees did my feet, I didn’t like it so I spoke up (as everyone should if they don’t like the service they are paying for..), she reacted really gently and send her boss. The boss offered to do them again, I just said « I’m not sure I want to put another hour to get them redone and be disappointed again », she goes « I’m the owner of the place give me just 5 minutes to repaint them ». In the process, as I saw her doing the exact same job as her employee without removing the cuticules, shaping properly the nails…I just told her she can just remove everything, that I didn’t want them redone. She just gives me the biggest sigh and removes everything aggressively. I feared for my toes lol. They let me go with my toes white of dust, literally no love. I come to the front and hear her gossiping to her employee because I SPOKE UP. So everyone, big disappointment, very uncomfortable experience, I left in tears, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
