1 /5 Ty Mclovin: How does this clinic still allowed in practice... I cannot believe they are allowed to keep their licence... I shouldve read their reviews before getting my tooth done... Absolute nightmare to deal with and not even sure how their practicianer allowed to practise in our soil.... Never recommend anyone to get their teeth done and definitely check their horrible reviews before engaging with them... Absolute RUBBISH...

5 /5 San K: Its been one and a half years and I have finally gotten my braces off. At first my teeth were all over the place and I believed that it wont be able to be fixed. However, Dr. Menon assured me that the treatment will help fix my smile. And it did. Dr. Menon has made my braces journey enjoyable and she is very caring towards her patients. I was delighted to have her as my orthodontist. I will come again!

1 /5 M E: Today I had the worst experience at this dentist this morning. I was lied to, very rude behaviour and wanted to over charge me for treatment that I didnt ask for. I was told that the dentist who I normally deal with was no longer working there which to my surprise she was. I saw her, then confronted the front desk and was repeatedly lied and disrespected about the dentist presence. Not only did she lie she was also rude, disrespectful and wanted to over charge me on work I didnt come in for initially. When I refused to agree to her work I left and was followed outside yelling at me that I didnt pay consultation fee. The nerve on her. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this dentist as they are unreliable liars and have no respect for their clients and on top want to rip people off. As a result of this I have been left traumatised and anxious. Bad practice dont go there!!!!!!

1 /5 Abdi Fiqi: Interesting response from the "Clinic Owner"... I wish you put so much emphases to your patience and being transparent rather than ripping them off instead writing an assay..... "I believe you dont go to clinic and say do my filling expecting no cost involved especially when your wife has been to the practise on 23/11/2023"... is this your way of giving your patience a QUOTE before they get job done....? just simply they visited your clinic and prices stays same for the last 12 months... I called it "DEPRIVE" from choice... "There is a saying before you raise your tongue for speech and finger to write you should know the truth".... WOOOOW - Nominee of golden award.... The only truth is that you are tricking your patience into treatment contrary to their interests and taking away their choices to make informed decisions... ______________________________________________________________ Where do start... One word to express their work ethic... UNETHICAL... this clinic has unethical practice and robbing patients... there is no transparency and lack of due diligence for duty of care... This is not a clinic I would recommend to anyone to attend just simply lack of professionalism, inconsidered and no regard for patient focus to explain options available and cost involved so a patient you can make an informed decision and not being lured to exploitation... They prey and take advantage on vulnerable as many reviews suggested... I wish I looked at their reviews before engaging them... TERRIBLE PRACTICE...
