5 /5 Olivia Grey: Had a great experience! I had tried a different nail store nearby and ended up here because the other place was too busy to fit me in without an appointment.
Honestly glad I didnt get into the other salon; Lux Nails did the best job. I explained my nails are pretty thin and weak, hence getting BIAB rather than SNS/shellac, and she was extra gentle with my nails and took extra time to remove the old gel, and then did some really great nail prep to help nourish my weak nails. She was super transparent about BIAB and how long it usually will take to show any benefits to my nails. I had one nail already had broken and was short, so she applied a tip and made all nails the exact same length and shape.
I may have got lucky as it wasnt super busy in the store, so she could take a lot of extra time with me. But everyone in there looked like they were getting great service, and the staff were all super friendly and asking lots of clarification questions to make sure everyone was happy with what they were getting.
10/10 will be going again in a few weeks when my nails grow out, great service and a great job done.
