Samantha Walters I just wanted to share some feedback from my brow appointment today – it was my first time visiting, after a friend recommended you. I was booked in with Ivy, and wow – she worked absolute magic on my brows! They were long overdue, with no colour or shape left to guide her, and I only gave her a pretty vague idea of what I liked. But she nailed it. Ivy was efficient, gentle, and completely confident in what she was doing – I felt in great hands from start to finish. She was a total pro. Thank you – I’ll definitely be back!

Ceren Yetiskin This is a very overdue review, I have been getting my haircuts done by Ken for over a year now and he is so good at getting it right every time. I use to show Ken a photo reference as to what style I wanted, but now I’m like “Ken, just do your thing”. He is so lovely too, I always enjoy our catch ups when I have my appointments. Thank you for being so awesome at your job Ken, also every time I see a few greys in my hair, I remember you telling me, “It’s only a problem, if you make it a problem” encouraging me to feel comfortable with my hair in its natural state, I don’t know many hairdressers that wouldn’t use that as an opportunity to upsell ❤️

Kaz Meilak Had an amazing morning with Brooke getting a manicure and Pediure done today. Your salon is looking absolutely beautiful, such a relaxing place to sit back, get pampered and take time out to just breathe. Thanks Brooke, it was just what I needed today. Had so much fun having magnetic cats eye polish applied and it turned out awsome. Thanks again cant wait for my next appointment.

Evil-lynne Con I booked Japanese head treatment, my first time to try this and also to visit this salon. Ginger tea was my choice when they offered tea as helps with circulation. Despite noisy traffic on main Rd outside, the atmosphere inside made me feel very calm. Start of the treatment involves a camera near the scalp and another given to you so to see current condition. A cooling scalp scrub was applied and mild steaming. I loved that the water temperature was cool or slight warm, not hot which can be uncomfortable. The halo extension was on, a teatowel is over eyes so you cant see. After treatment is complete and hair dried, the scalp is checked again. I was very impressed with the result, follicle root were clean and look healthier than before. Hoping to visit during winter. Thank you to staff for this experience.

Jacqui Ryder Hannah is an absolute legend! We always have a great laugh and she makes me feel very welcome and comfortable every time I come in. Prior to dealing with Hannah, I had Matilda and she was the exact same. Great team!!
