1 /5 Karen Whitley: Very bummed. I purchased a Groupon for Looks Beauty Clinic and then the Corona Virus happened. My Groupon expired during the period when things shut down (late April). When things opened back up i reached out to Looks Beauty Clinic and Groupon to see what we could do about it. Seems like Looks Beauty Clinic doesnt want to extend the expiration date and Groupon will not refund my money. I was looking forward to this and was excited about some of the other services they offered, as I live in the neighborhood and have been looking for a good beauty clinic. I understand its kinda crazy times, but this situation doesnt seem quite fair and it doesnt sit right with me. I feel like Looks Beauty Clinic is taking my money and running.
